What if the one thing that quiets your craziness

Is the one thing that makes you a mess 

The thing you wish you could put to rest

Your biggest shame and secret 

But you need it to take a breath

Because of the anger, pain, sadness 

You don't deserve anything better

Punish yourself for being so weak​, so​ helpless

No ending the cycle nobody knows your true self

But every day you wish someone would break your shell

And save you from this hell

What's left of you but nobody's there
